 LINE DANCE WORKSHOP: led by fun instructors that we teach easy to learn hip hop and R&B line dances.

 YOGA & PILATES: build strength, relax and unwind with our yoga and pilates combination class. 

BURN BODY BOOTCAMP: team based workout that builds culture, burns calories and a whole lot of fun

SuperPower Workout (For Kids) : we combine fun ways to introduce exercises in this interactive program.
