Better Body System is a systematic progressive personalized training program designed for women that incorporates strength, core, and cardio exercises. 


What To Expect

After completing a fitness assessment and body composition scan. We will spend the first 4 weeks targeting your abdominal area and building your endurance and stamina. 


The next phase will focus on developing your strength and toning target areas of your choice.

This style of programming promotes long-lasting results that promote healthy aging and permanent changes to your body.
