A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout with like-minded women. 

Program Details

* Up to 3 people per session

* Fitness goals and evaluation session

*Meal plan

*Home exercise and habit coaching

*Access to weekly boot camps

Available morning and evening sessions 

Rates range from

$30 per session with 3 or more people
