Where cardio meets dance meets step meets fun.


X-treme Hip Hop is a 45-minute fun step aerobics and fitness class, designed to burn 400+ calories per class!

We begin with a warm-up, then bodyweight strength training followed by cardio that includes a mix of easy-to-learn step routines to your favorite hip hop and RnB.


You will burn calories, laugh, and leave energized craving for more!
